We are now preparing autumn menu
We have released the autumn menu from September 20th.
Course includes varieties of seasonal fish and goods from the mountains.
Scenery from the 46th floor, especially the height of the sky tells you the season is changing.
Ingredients of local is prepared in unique European flavours by chef Jacob Jan Boerma.
