We are celebrating two years anniversary.

On December 25th, 2024, SMAAK celebrated our two years anniversary!!

We truely appreciate all the support we had thru the two years. Many guests and suupliers has visited and supported us from Japan, and also from abroad. Also we would like to appreciate and give applause to people who came to work with us within the two years. Any little help has brought us here, today. Thank you.

Head chef Jacob Jan Boerma is continuously coming to Japan every season, to show us his deep knowledge and creativity. We really enjoy working with the great chef!! We could not forget his team in Europe, who always runs ahead of us to teach us the milestones to become better. White room in Amsterdam, and Fine Fleur in Antwerp are holding one michellin star, beautiful restaurants.

 We SMAAK team will go on to our 3rd year, always aiming to become The Best Restaurant in Yokohama. If you have any chances to visit us in 2025, we are always expecting your visit.
