New menu ”Menu Lente” is released from today, April 25th, 2025.

SMAAK is releasing Jacob Jan Boerma chef’s new seasonal menu ” Menu Lente” from April 25th.
We are really happy to announce this news today, and we expect our guests to come try our spring time flavours. This menu will be available until July, which will be the next arrival of Jacob chef in Yokohama!

From Europe, we are bringing white asparagus and Agneau, and seasonal fish and vegetables from Japan.

Chef has created such unique flavours to enjoy along, we hope to welcome you at Yokohama.
